My review of Ab Rocket –

The primary issues with the ab rocket  are far and few between. I have found the ab rocket reviews is actually extremely useful and not a total ripoff like a described before in my initial inspection. The problem I had with it originally is that it looked so flimsy and unstable. As we all know, looks can be deceiving… but usually aren’t. In this case, it was a delightful surprise. This thing has already lasted the test of time and I’m waking up excited every day to get using it. For anyone who has ever tried it, you know that it isn’t easy but it is fun once you’ve gotten used to it. I wanted to get the opinions of other people who were interested in the ab rocket reviews so I sent out a survey to some of my friends on email. With their permission, I’ve included their feelings on the abrocket reviews below…

Clint –

“I was able to take the first program they had where you can order it for really cheap as a trial version. I didn’t quite know if that was going to be the ideal fit or not but I tried it anyway. It turned out to be a great fit for me. I am an older guy and honestly, I don’t get much of an opportunity to exercise most days. I like the way I look now after all of the work I put into this thing. While it is true that the diet is the hardest part, that gets easier with time. You just need to believe in yourself that you will accomplish the task at hand. If you are at all interested, I recommend you give it a shot and give it an honest 10 days. Good luck!”

Barry-

“What I found with ab rocket reviews was a little different. I actually adhered to the entire program. I had my 3 egg whites and wheat toast in the morning, yogurt all day and a high protein / low carb meal for dinner. I will say that I started to feel better after a few days of this but I wasn’t sustaining my muscle mass. I liked the way it gave me more energy but I literally just loss more muscle than I lost fat and after 2 weeks, decided to quit the program. It just wasn’t worth it for me, but others may be looking for those kinds of results.”

“Living in the upper Midwest, it gets very very cold in the winter and working out can become dreadful. It gets harder and harder as the weather gets colder and colder. I like the way ab rocket reviews was able to keep me motivated. Personally I did things a little different than most in that I did not try to kill myself over the first three weeks. I took it pretty easy. If the trainer said that I could take a quick break, I would. I simply stuck with it though. I kept working out and told myself I was only going to do what I could handle. This seemed to help a lot because after one month I was doing things I never thought I could. I could actually run for just over a mile which is something I’ve never been able to do. I like the feeling it gives me at the end of a workout. All I want to do it go to bed, but there is not a better feeling than feeling that exhausted after a hard day of work in my opinion. “

“I love the product and the program but after about 2 months, I started to get really bored, so I gave the gym a try. I found something very weird happened. Because my metabolism must have changed fairly drastically over the last few months, I wasn’t able to keep weight off from my workout at the gym. I had the same workout at the gym for years before this and thought that by going back I’d be able to maintain things but I was wrong. I found it much harder to lose that extra weight that I gained while at the gym. Before anyone gets started with this, you should ask yourself if you are ready to maintain it at a high pace throughout your entire adult life.”

So you will see that many people have differing perspectives on this product and the program that comes with it. I personally have found it to be extremely effective, but I have also noticed that I get a little bored. I recommend ab rocket reviews but after a couple months, you may want to remember the routine and just watch some television while you’re doing your workout. Also, unless you are very serious about dieting, then you won’t be able to see the kinds of results that most of us like. I hope this all helps.
